I think its totally a girl! Look at those round feathers! She's 10 weeks so her comb is getting red, I have 18 ee pullets and 1 ee roo, they just started to lay at 16 weeks so at this age they had red combs but my roos comb was much larger than yours really early on
Ee do not have a standard so you can't say red comb or red shoulders is male for sure
The comb on an ee roo would be bigger than that and the feathers would be so thin and razor looking here is an example of my roo so you can see the dif and that you have an egg layer
