I bought this one as a sexed female from a hatchery and its feathers are coming in different from the three others. Dare I ask if it has any telltale signs of either sex? They’re only about three and a half weeks old.

At this age you'd look for darker comb and wattles on the males. I don't see either sign with this chick so far, but it's early days. Post again in a couple of weeks when it's fully feathered, about 6 six weeks old, and others may be able to tell from gender specific coloring.

Thank you! I’m 10 for 10 sexed pullets and 4-0 pullets for straight run. If my luck holds for this batch, I’m going to buy a lotto ticket!
