This young (4-5 month old) chicken in question was hatched from Ameraucana parents- all the varieties run together, and as a result the chicks' feather color patterns do not fit the standard and for our purposes here we'll refer to it as an Easter Egger.

Experts (no best guesses by newbies, please) please state whether you believe this bird in question to be a pullet or cockerel.

When you say 4-5 months is it closer to 16 weeks or 22 weeks? That's a wide range. Also do you have clear comb and saddle pictures?

I know what gender the bird is without a doubt, but it would be very helpful for me to have independent confirmation from unbiased experts without me giving away in advance which gender I believe the bird to be. If that makes sense. Here's another picture from the side.

And My goodness what a pretty bird!!! do you happen to know what when into her mix?
Thank you. I agree wholeheartedly; this bird is absolutely gorgeous. Her father is a blue wheaten Ameraucana, and he is running with a black Ameraucana hen, a wheaten, a blue wheaten and several blue hens- any one of which could be her mother. I'm getting such beautiful blues out of this cross- so many have golden speckles of color that lace blue wings, and others have blue lacing on gold speckled wings. I adore them all and wish I had more space. I dare say I'd keep them all! :)
