And he’s not crowing yet? I have some bantam EE’s that are only 5 weeks old and one has already started crowing.

Perhaps he is with other cockerels or roosters that he feels afraid of.

Nope! Not crowing yet. That’s why I was a little hesitant, but this thread has confirmed my suspicion! Easter eggers can be a little tricky, so I was holding out hope! But those saddle feathers really got me wondering

Easter Eggers are one of the easiest breeds I have ever seen to sex, but they give beginners the toughest times and I don't know why. It doesn't take long to learn, though!

Not only male saddle feathers, but male hackles, sickles, a reddened face, thick legs, and red wing bows.
