I think I see three rows in that pea comb, but I also think it's a pullet. The feathers are very rounded and the comb isn't red. Pretty girl!

Well, my vote was still cockerel before the decision. Comb aside, I've never seen anything but a cockerel with that color.

Also look for red leakage on the wings. This is a telltale sign for EE roos. It would be especially relevant for yours since he's white and red on the shoulder will be easy to notice.

Same thing happened to my rooster's FATHER. My roo has gold leakage on his wings.

but you can see her comb quite well.
