EE question

For those of you own EEs, do they vary greatly in size? All my chicks are just over 8 wks. old I have one that seems to be an EE (has green legs), but it is way smaller than the others. I've been told it is a roo b/c its comb is already reddish but it looks nothing like our other roo (definately!) from the same shipment. He's one of my favorites so I'm very curious. Any thoughts?

could be that you got a bantam in the mix by accident-where did you get them?

I got them from MM. Here is a pick of the smaller one. He is about the size of my Polish of the same age.

Here is the big guy. He's probably a little less than twice the size of the other.

His comb is way bigger. Plus, he just looks more roostery.

I would really appreciate any opinions. Could the small one not be a roo after all?

Just by looking I think the smaller one is a pullet. And a beautiful one at that!

Bueatiful birds. I'm thinking I need an EE next time I renew my small flock. (no time soon)
