If i breed an Easter egger to another breed the offspring are still Easter eggers right.

Any hybrid that has the blue egg gene is an EE. Once the blue egg gene is gone, you no longer have an Easter Egger.

Her babies' eggs will not be blue unless the father is a breed that carried the blue gene, but you can still get eggs of some color other than brown or white. Olive eggers, which are a blue egg layer x a dark brown egg layer, are an example. Or the eggs could be pinkish colored. It depends on the breed of the father. Keep in mind that EEs are hybrids to begin with (Araucana or Ameraucana x other breeds) so they will not breed true.

I know I mixed a red sex link dad with my ee so her baby's will be cool looking mutts. What color eggs should they lay (the baby's ).

IF your hen lays blue eggs, and the rooster is from brown egg laying stock, you're pretty much going to get green egg laying pullets from that mix.
