I have 2 EE I'm not sure if they are male or female, what do you guys think?

Too early to say for sure. 8-12 weeks is a good time to try again. I would guess the second is probably a cockerel based on how wide the comb is though.

I'm kinda new to this, what points you in the direction of cockerel on this one? The person I got them from believe it to be EE x golden laced Wyandot.

The comb and wattles are quite developed and red.
