EE roo or pullet?

I have a half EE/half BO, and two half EE/half cuckoo moran that are about the same age. I think that my bird with the beginnings of a three row comb is a cock, and the other two have a single row comb, so I think they are pullets. We'll see.

The white one is a pullet. Will need better pictures of the other one to sex.

The white one is for sure a pullet. She doesn't like me much but she's so pretty.
