Does my EE look like a pullet? She's suppose to be but her legs are so much thicker than the others and she's taller and bigger....

Too early to tell. Once feathered, it's much easier.

BTW, I've had some big, burly EE pullet chicks that stood quite upright and they all turned out to be nice hens. It's not something to worry about in such a young chick.

It's too young to tell. Wait until it has adult feathers and ask again. Most chicks are pretty much impossible to sex before eight weeks or so.

Could be... but wait. I had a cochin(I know different breed) who was days old and was large and active. I had a gut feeling that she may be a he. Turned out to be a handsome fella. Wait till your are older.

Agreed. Wait until they are older..maybe 2 or 3 months old. Then we will be able to give a better guess at sex based on comb and feather development.

Thank you... I will wait... Her name is Pearl and she is my least favorite, but she is sweet to the other chicks.... Always running interference when the other chicks get rowdy.... I too have a gut feeling she might really be a he, but we shall see in a few months....

Probably won't take that long. My mis-sexed male EE was obvious by 3 weeks. I haven't had an EE that couldn't be positively IDed by pattern at 8 weeks. Most of them are really easy.
