EE yes, Roo??? I am not sure. do you have a frontal or side view? How old? I am not seeing the saddle feathers clearly on this pic either. Are they pointy???

More pictures definitely but I'm thinking hen. The tail isnt that big no saddle or pointy hackle feathers. The comb is pretty big from what I can see but from pictures Ive seen a lot of EE hens have bigger combs like this.

I agree, that coloring screams roo. It's too young for saddle or hackle feathers, and you can tell the comb is getting red.
