Is the mottled one a roo. I know he is but my other half will not believe me. The other 3 are definitely hens I hope

Yes he is a boy. Red patches on wings a dead give away! 
I only see two other ones and they appear to be pullets. How old are they?
The dark one is a cockerel and the light one is a pullet
