I know EE don't have 'standard' but I'm not sure one this guy. He was in with our packing peanuts from Ideal, all of the others were definitely EE. This one seemed to have slightly puffy cheeks but nothing like the others. Now, it really doesn't seem to have a beard/muff to me but it could be because I'm second guessing it so I just don't see it.

Below are pictures from when he was 2 days old and now, at over a month. Sorry they aren't in order...I'm not sure why that is.

It's an EE rooster...green legs, pea comb.

EE's can have or not have beard and muffs...looks like he has some minor muffs.

Not a Cinnamon Queen rooster...they don't have green legs and pea combs...yellow legs and single comb.

An EE is a mutt (hybrid), so it COULD be a mix with a White Leghorn as an EE is a mix with Ameraucana or Araucana on one side and any other breed on the other...pea comb would be dominant...but I think they tend to get funky pea combs then when the single comb is so very large as in the leghorn.

But you have an EE rooster...red bars on shoulders, that pink of comb at 1 month.

He's my favorite of the bunch but I don't want him to be. He's always been the first one to come up to me, calm, which I know will probably change once he matures. Our original plan was to process the roosters for our first shot at processing but I'm so torn now.

I also have an order of pullets from another hatchery that are a week younger so I'm selling them in trios but I was a little worried about selling this guy as an EE roo since I wasn't 100% he was. I think maybe I was looking for an excuse to keep him...lol

Thank you for your help! I will just make sure the person who gets him knows I'm only 99%...they will have to decide if they are ok with that or not.

Yes definitely an EE cockerel :) when the rusty red color comes in on the shoulders and/or back area in an EE, it's a dead giveaway of a boy. He's a very pretty boy!

I wish the pullets were as pretty as the cockerels...wait, scratch that, I have a hard enough time deciding who to keep...

Yeah the rusty red spots is an EE male indicator. I have the same spots on my EE roo.
Someone on BYC had sent me a pic of their full grown roo, here's a comparison:

LOL I forgot who it was sorry,  yeah I really like the looks on your rooster, I cant wait to see what mine will turn out to be.

Hehe thanks :) he was such a gorgeous boy, he was a stinker sometimes when I tried to handle my hens, but other than that he was very well behaved. I never saw him as a little chick, I got him when he was about 10 weeks old, so I'm not entirely positive what he looked like, probably pretty darn close to yours though. They seem to have a lot of the same coloring.
