EE roosting ON TOP of the coop.

My 27 week old EE has taken to roosting ON TOP of the coop. I am concerned because she no longer goes inside to roost at dusk. I have to go and pick her up and place her in the coop.

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this behavior, so she will go in on her own?

catch him every night and put him in the coop until he goes in himself
