Since the photos of your chick in the first pics were taken at 7-8 weeks, here's some for comparison:

My 3 easter egger pullets at 7-8 weeks (the one lying down in front is the one that has the wide 3-row comb - can't see it this early):

Your second chicken (pic #4 on your last post) is definitely an EE cockerel. I'm pretty sure the original one you posted is also (not 100%, but the comb is pretty big & red for only being 7-8 weeks old).

So they both are roo's?

Dang it I have more roo's then I wanted. I have a couple more chickens that I think are roo's also, just don't the breed. Oh this makes me mad

I'm not going to get as many eggs as i thought

Both roos. The last pic looks a lot like my Chica (named by my son before we knew it was a roo LOL).

This just makes me angry, I asked for hens, and now I have 4 maybe 5 roos
