eek MY CHICKEN EAT A FROG!!! eek

Our lot do that all the time! The bantam hens gobble down the smaller frogs, but I have not seen one try to eat a biggie..
I saw one of our ducks get a big frog one day, and ran over to rescue it (frog populations here are in trouble because drought is killing their habitat)...Some hero!! The duck was quacking and waddling as fast as she could to get away.. After a lap of the pond, she finally dropped it and it hopped back in the water... Bet i loooked as funny as the duck (I waddle when i run too

Ok some its not to unusual to see hens killing frogs and other animals which are small.

But now im concerened!!! with have a Chihuahua and all but one of my girls chase him around the yard in the mornings, im worried Im going to find him handing out of a mad hens mouth one of these mornings!!! lol
