EE's from hatcheries.

Why do hatcheries list chicks as Araucana or Ameraucana when they are really EE's? I have noticed two different hatcheries doing this.

1. They don't know any better, or even if they do...
2. More people will buy

Makes me wonder if I really want to spend my money somewhere that is not being honest about what they are selling. I'm sure they know what they are doing.

I bought my dozen EE chicks from MPC. They sell them as Easter Eggers not Ameraucanas. Indeed part of the reason I selected them to purchase from. (Reward honesty!- Punish deception!)

It does look like they are selling true Ameraucanan hatching eggs.

Know I can speak from personal experience their EE's are EE's!

The company as been honest with me and my dealings with them in the past. So if they say they have "real" Ameraucan then I believe them until someone proves otherwise. That is all I am saying.

I personally am no expert on Ameraucan's or hatchery's or hatchery outlets like MPC. Since you M Maxx seem to doubt this "information" possibly you may want to call them and find out if their add is for real prior to making broad statements claiming "You are not going to find one hatchery that sells TRUE Ameraucanas"

Other wise we will just need to leave it as an unknown until someone buys and hatches the eggs if and when they start shipping.
