They should be okay but key right now is keep the humidity up in the 60s to 70%.
I have done what you did, (help too soon) a number of times on saddled eggs as I get hatching eggs shipped here often. Even a couple have started bleeding. I actually do nothing but put them back, leave them alone, and they hatch
