EE's - The Plague of Chickens

It's very true that not all striped chicks are EEs. Some are OEG, some are Welsummers, etc. I see the original poster's point, that just because it's striped, doesn't mean it's an EE. Wasn't that the point?
 
yep, I posted a similar thing a few weeks ago, drives me insane that the term EE just gets tossed so freely. There may be no standard for them but there are "guidelines" more or less

An EE can look like an Amercuana thru and thru, thats a HARD part! Even some shady breeders would tell you their so called Amercuana came from such and such farm and it should lay blue eggs.

Then you bring it home, and it lays a green egg! Sorry thats an EE!
