EEW, Tapeworms! Where to buy small quantity of Valbazen?

We gave all of our chickens valbazen on Saturday evening. I should have given the dog some as well.

I got the huge bottle from Jeffers.... it says to keep at room temp... but I put in a not so cold fridge.

The Valbazen I'm finding on Amazon and at Jeffers looks to be a suspension-500 ML is that what I want or do I need to look for a pastes?
