And my incubators are full with duck eggs.
SO! I now have this one lone little egg that is about to hatch, I can feel it kicking in the shell and see it moving about in the air pocket.
I put it under my Brinsea brooder and covered the sides.
I don't want to loose this chick, but im not sure what to do.
Any suggestions???

if it's internally pipped, then the warmth from the brooder plate should hopefully be good, add a warm/hot wet papertowel in there to keep the membrane from drying out once it externally pips. My incubator is a cooler with a brooder lamp with a 100watt bulb hanging over it, and cardboard boxes around the sides, I've successfully hatched two chicks out in that.

stick a thermometer under the plate to see what the temp is, I'm not sure how long chicks usually spend under there at a time, warming up.

Perfect! I just did that and hopefully the little bugger will hatch tonight without a problem :)
