EGG BALLOON INSIDE THE SHELL,please help

hello ,I hope you guys can answer this for me, I went to crack an egg the other day and when I cracked it the shell came off but the egg kept its shape ,the inside skin stayed the shape of the egg , the eggshell came off real easy , kind of like the shell was not connected to the in side skin ,[like an egg balloon inside a egg shell, any clues, lack of ????? too much of????? thanks again for all the input

Just sounds like you can't crack an egg

JK...I have never heard of that. Seriously...maybe it was just a very strong inner membrane or could it be an old egg? I dunno...can't think of anything else.

it may have been a soft shelled egg inside of a hard shelled egg??

I started the chicks on purina starter then flock raiser then layena,are they missing vitamins of something ? or does this happen with first couple of eggs til they get going good or something? thanks again

Some of my eggs have very strong inner membranes that don't tear when I first crack the egg. I would say maybe it's just a very healthy egg.

Store bought eggs crack TOO easy. May just be the difference. Sounds like you are feeding the girls well.
