egg barnacles?

I have this little D'uccle hen who for some reason went on about a month break from laying eggs. She has started laying again just about a week ago but since she's been laying again there has been these weird little calcium deposits (at least thats what I think they are) on her eggs, they look kind of like barnacles. What are they and is it something that I should be worried about?

Nope she acts perfectly fine, the only thing unusual is the egg thing...

my chicken named Duckie is laying those barnacle eggs but she has only laid 3 eggs and there is blood on the eggs...i love her, she has fuzzy cheeks and lays green eggs. she wont die from this will she?
