egg bound -cure?

I know this answer is somewhere but I couldn't find what to do. It's a small egg stuck. I gave her some ground up oyster shell but thought I had read to put oil around the place. Could someone please help- she has been like this four days before I looked to see the problem!

I have lost hens this way. I don't know what to do to help it pass but I'll say this, if it breaks inside her there is little to do to save her! Have you done an search on google yet?
