Hi everyone.
This post is about Pudding, my 5 year old bantam Cochin.
I've added a few pictures to more properly show what exactly is wrong.
Pudding has always been on the quiet and demure side but lately it's been getting worse. She also has weird growths around her nostrils, which have also gotten bigger faster. She seems to be okay-ish breathing through her nose but often also breathes kinda wheezy with her beak open. Yesterday I noticed she was quite orange instead of her usual red in her comb. I'm not exactly sure what is going on with her and google hasn't really cleared things up either. She is okay in the flock, always has been a bit of the underdog but no severe bullying ect. She does eat and drink okay, from what I can tell. I'm not sure egg wise how she's doing. My main concern currently is how orange she is in the comb and often yellow around the eyes. Plus the weird nostril things. There aren't exactly chicken specialized vets in my area so I'm not super sure what steps to take next.
If anyone has a clue, I'd love to hear it.

This sounds/looks like jaundice, which could be a sign of a liver ailment.

You've checked her over well for mites/lice, or wormed them? Those could cause it too.

Does she have swelling on her underside on the end by her vent?

I'd get her on some vitamins, and maybe the rest of the flock too, just in case. We use Poultry Cell, which goes in the water. We just do it on occassions but for an ailing chicken, every other day.

i check for lice and mites often, i didn't find any signs of them this time. i'll feel around the vent when i catch her, she's a little shy this morning. how can i ensure she drinks enough of the vitamin water? my girls don't seem to drink a whole lot compared to other chickens i know.

The nose blockage definitely needs addressed. @Eggcessive may be better suited than me with advice.
Have you tried to remove them? Before the blockage on the nose did you notice any upper respiratory issues?
yeah i tried picking at them when they were smaller but it's very stuck, cartilige ish? before those grew she always breathed fine.
