Egg bound or broody

I have a hen who is sitting on the nest and screaming when others come into the nesting area. She’s all puffed up. She’s usually not like this while just laying, and there were two eggs under her when I checked.

Im thinking she’s just broody because she’s fighting hens who want to lay on her nest and she gets up sometimes
