Egg bound or something else? Please help

My 4 year old barred rock has been sick since Monday. It started with her, not walking and just flopping on her side. She has progressively gotten worse. I have tried giving her calcium, vitamins, soaking her with Epson salt gave her ivermectin and also corrid. I am thinking that she might have an egg stuck she laid 2 eggs since Monday. Nothing yesterday or today. I'm thinking she's egg bound. He area before her vent seems squishy and the skin looks red. I included a picture. Also there is a picture of her poop. could it be something else going on? I just don't know what else to do. Thanks.

I'd continue with the Calcium Citrate daily for a few more days to see if that will help.

Her abdomen does look bloated, she may have some fluid or is suffering from reproductive disorder like Cancer, EYP, etc. Hard to know.
