Egg bound/sick hen???

I have a 1 yo ISA brown that I found sleeping in the nest box she looks sick and her legs are curled and she won’t move. What do I do?

Not really, but her vent is pulsating. I have her in a warm epsom bath. Any other ideas? She is very weak.

She is doing better today, but no egg. I guess she might just be sick?
