Egg bound? Tried to examine vent, not sure if I did it right

Thank you everyone for the help and encouragement. It was one of the hardiest things I have done. I knew it had to be done though. She is buried by the chicken coop and we gave her a little ceremony. On the bright side, my Great Pyrenees gave birth this morning to 11 little babies.

You did good.

My goodness!! Look at those sweet babies - Congratulations. 11 you have your hands full for sure.

Your little boy wont be that little for long. This is my boy at a year old. Last we weighed him three months ago, he was 120 lbs.

We are aware! He's already doubled in weight in the 3 weeks we've had him! I hope he's as handsome as your boy is when he grows up! I will be glad when the puppy teeth are gone!! Thankfully he seems very healthy despite being 'found'.
