Advice appreciated! My chicken seemed fine then suddenly I noticed today her crop and under her vent were bulging. Either I didn’t notice anything sooner or it came on suddenly.

It looks like her feathers are missing or just spread out a bit from the bulging, she has green/yellow diarrhea and is lethargic.

I soaked her vent in epsom salt and warm water for 20 minutes, but even then, the diarrhea was stuck to her feathers.

I wore gloves and checked inside her vent and I didn’t feel anything hard or out of the ordinary.

Pics are attached. Thank you!

If the hen is actively laying, she could be egg bound. You wouldn't be able to feel the egg unless it was about to come out.

Give her a calcium tablet, calcium citrate if you have it or Tums will make do. Place her in her crate on absorbent towels so you can monitor if she's losing fluids and so you can see what her poop or other matter gets expelled. Provide plenty of clean water to drink as she may get dehydrated.

Offer food in case she wants to eat. Then leave her in a quiet place with no activity to stress her. Check on her every so often for an egg. Be aware that this could involve two eggs.
