Egg bound vs. Water belly

Good evening, Im so interested in your draining of water belly technique. A lot of other info Im reading on Water Belly say the hen will eventually die from oragans shutting down. Does this mean even after you drain her? Also, does she keep filling up through out her life. My hens are very special to me and I want to do anything to help her, but I do not want her to live in pain.

Thank you I went out the next morning and she was bright eyed and very active. I think its maybe just molting and her bottom has no fluff and its exposed to the elements which is causing it to be red. I was just reading and looking at pictures of other hens with the same problem. I’ll post some pictures later. She fine today as well
