Just wanted to make sure that she is egg bound. And ask for help on how to get it out. I was told that it is an egg membrane that is stuck.

Have you tried soaking her yet? It helped my Iris a lot.Yes she has been pooping but not a lot, she is a year and 3 months old. I found it yesterday. She passed some of it this morning, but a piece of the membrane is sticking out. I am giving her a tums for calcium, I fixed her an egg with egg shells in it but she won't eat it.
Oh dear. My girl felt rotten and didn't eat much (if at all) for about 2 days. She did eventually snap out of it once the whole mess was out. I'm wondering if you could get it out with a gloved finger? I don't want to give bad advice, though...Yes I soaked her as long as she would take it and I massage to her abdomen. And she has not peed or pooped since she had some of the egg come out. I have giving her water and rice cereal with tums mixed in. But I am having to give it to her in syringe with no needle.
