Egg bound?

I found one of my newly laying production red in the run sitting her her tail tucked down. I opened the run and now she is walking around the yard. She seems to be walking ok but her tail still looks puffed out and pointing down. When I try to catch her, her tail goes back up to normal and she runs away. Im thinking shes egg bound but im not sure. Where she was sitting in the coop there was a shell less egg. Any advice?

Update, so I went outside again to check on her. Infound her by herself sitting next to the run. I tried to grab her to examine her and she ran away tail high. I have nonidea what to make of that.. hmm
