A warm soak will help her relax and pass the egg. I use a foot tub but you can use the sink. A nice warm soak for at least 20-30 minutes. Get a chair and get comfortable to be with her. Don’t leave her alone.
I give mine a chunk of TUMS hidden in a treat. The shot of calcium from the tums will help her lay.
After the soak dry her off real well. Lubricant after the soak is very helpful too. Use what ever you have, olive oil, vegetable or even a thin coating of Vaseline.
Keep her warm after soaking and drying her. A nice quiet place helps too so she can rest.
The water needs to cover above her vent you don’t need to completely submerge her. Is this something you can do?
