Egg bound??

I don't know. I've never made a wading area for mine. I have read where some place a very shallow pan of cool water out for them to walk/stand in, but I don't even know if they would use it.

hello all after 11 days of one egg I just found 2 eggs. I'm super relieved that my babies are ok. Funny thing is Ivy laid a pure white egg. They are golden comets so this is way wierd, but the shell is good and hard so I'm happy. Is this something anyone else has experienced? These girls amaze and amuse me everyday. I'm so blessed xx

Nice looking eggs! I'm glad she finally laid one.
All eggs are "white". In brown egg layers dye is applied in the shell gland, I would mark it up as a glitch for now.

Chickens are a lifetime of learning! I've only touched the surface.
They are amazing and actually seeing how they produce that egg every day or so is something else!
