Yes, syringe to mouth - I'm 99% certain. Make sure to go to the side. There is a good article about giving oral meds to poultry, but I'm at work and can't get it. I'll look for it in a few hours when I get home if no one else can get it for us.

Sometimes we use injectable medication orally. @Isaac 0 can you verify how to administer the calcium they purchased?

@Isaac 0 can you verify how to administer the calcium they purchased?

For the birds around here, I give it SQ. It can be given orally which would probably be less frightening to new owners, and it can be given IM as well. As mentioned by Casportpony, I would really work on getting the bird hydrated first before administering any calcium supplement. An egg bound dehydrated bird is a disaster waiting to happen.
