i'm getting ready to do the same thing and i'm so scared

I'm giving her antibiotics orally now too. Once u do it you'll realize its not that hard. Im afraid she hates me now, but at least she's getting healthy!

So I got home yesterday and tried, and I couldn't do it. The pill is bigger than her whole beak. Mine are d'uccle's does it matter the size of the chicken?

I thought the pills were too big too. My vet said they can swallow huge stuff and I ended up needing xrays for one and found a freaking bullet shell casing in her stomach. That's way bigger than her beak
