Egg Bound?

I have a hen who is acting like something is wrong. Her vent has more poop than usual, she’s pulling at her feathers, moves slowly, and looks like she’s trying to poop but can’t. I took a picture of her. Trying to figure out if she’s egg bound and how to help her.

Feel her stomach very gently, do yo feel an egg? You can also soak her in Epsom salts to help her losses her muscles and expell the egg.

Never done this before but it didn’t feel like there was an egg inside.
