Just as an update, no improvements at all but she's super lively, eats, drinks, and moves around.

Thank you so very much! Here is the crop article again:

It is good to use some electrolytes and maybe a very watery egg for some nutrition.
Think we're dealing with sour crop! Poor girl can't catch a break. I'm assuming the two are related somehow, she's never had any crop issues in the past either. Very large, squishy crop, she does poop. I've got her in a crate in the coop so she can stay with her friend. ACV water and miconazole with a little scrambled egg. Yesterday while eating egg she threw up a little, crop is the same size as it was yesterday. Here is the crop article again:

Crop issues are often a symptom of an underlying condition like reproductive disorders, worms, coccidiosis, infection, etc.Think we're dealing with sour crop! Poor girl can't catch a break. My other girl has a... how do I explain it, gurgling noise, almost a purr, happening - notably only when she walks. Not respiratory I don't believe, I'm leaning digestive issues or gas? Something that is getting moved around when she walks? She's older, maybe 3 years old, lays her usual amount, eats/drinks/acts fine. This started about a week and a half ago but I did a quick online search and it said to keep an eye on it, and I've been so focused on my Maran lately I haven't addressed it. Thinking they might have gotten into something and it started a crop/digestive imbalance for both?
Hope someone else is able to offer you better suggestions.Might make a new post just for some more traction - so her abdomen is still hard, crop very full, she does poop. Appetite is normal, walking hasn't changed (walks with a slight limp, but she can move).
I did a round of monistat 7 for a week because I was thinking sour crop/impacted crop. She was kenneled during that time and just had eggs/grit and fresh water.
My guess is that whatever the mass is (which I'm leaning EYP?), is compressing the gizzard/her digestion, so her crop is emptying very, very slowly. It's about a handful in size at the end of the day, so very big, and still large in the mornings.
Not sure what to do for her exactly, I don’t think her crop is impacted in the typical "impacted" sense, I think the hardness in her abdomen is the issue, which from what I've read I can't do anything about.
The crop not emptying overnight can be a symptom seen in hens with reproductive issues. Inflammation/swelling, a mass in the abdomen, etc. can restrict the digestive system and slow it down remarkably. You may find that you need to treat as Sour Crop since it's relatively slow. Give bits of coconut oil a couple of times a day. An anti-fungal/yeast medication can be given to help as well. All of this is in the article below.
I'd monitor her closely and check for lice/mites frequently as well. When a hen is not well, they don't preen and dust bath as much so external parasites can really take hold quickly.
