I'm unsure if my queens are egg bound? I haven't had any eggs from them in a week or more. Does anyone have pictures of what egg bound looks like? Their "rear ends" look weird to me

I would think it was weird to have more than one doing it at once?? I dealt with this last week and it turned into a prolaspe situation. Cooler temps, less daylight, stress and dehydration can all effect laying.

Are you sure something isnt stealing your eggs? I caught my dog (who is normally a good kid) stealing eggs a few days ago. Answered my "missing" egg question....

Otherwise, if you google eggbound, you will find a ton of pictures and helpful advise.

Best of luck to you.

Dogs are in their pen all the time, eggs are in nesting boxes inside so no chance for critters to get to the eggs. I hope it's weather/food/water related but EVERYONE has quit laying, just noticed the "ends" on one or two of them.
