Just restrain her, maybe even wrap her in a towel and have someone hold her for you while you do it. The study the inside of her mouth, I'm sure you can do it.

Dosage and Administration:
Cattle: 250 to 500 mL
Administer intravenously, intraperitoneally or subcutaneously. If given subcutaneously, divide dosage among several injection sites and massage to aid in absorption.

That does not say that it can be given in the muscle, so I think your options are under the skin or orally. Orally will be safer and easier.
