Egg Bound?

good morning, my 18 week old black sex link hens just began laying a few days ago, it started with my largest hen and this morning while mucking out stalls a noticed my smaller hen laying in the nest clicking very softly and I heard a large pop and she hopped up and did the typical new hen OMG what was that? Yelling, when I went to go check on her treasure and give her a treat for it there was no egg, now I'm super concerned it broke inside of her, she is now just out eating as usual, nothing seems wrong at this time, should I be taking her to the vet?

You can feel her abdomen and see if it feels swelled up at all, or lube up your pinky finger with body safe oil and feel around for anything in her vent.

Thanks for the link and advice my fellow peeps!!! I'll give her an exam when I get home again!!! If she feels egg bound in just going to take her to my chicken vet.
