Help..what to do with this hen?

Poor girl! Looks like she has a prolapse.
She needs some calcium right away, incase she's having trouble with an egg. Calcium citrate +D3 or tums will work. Just pop one tablet into her beak and she'll swallow it.
I would separate her inside, to avoid getting picked and to avoid flies.
Make sure to keep all the tissue moist with honey, cream, petroleum jelly, or coconut oil, anything like that you have should work.
Can you feel an egg at all?
