egg carton hatching and a hovabator

i'm about to get a set of eggs and am considering trying egg carton hatching. will this work in a hovabator?

I have a turner so I don't incubate them in a carton, but I use a carton to hatch them in my hovabators.

if i incubate in the carton i imagine they need to be slanted. how slanted?

I think people just alternate propping one end and then the other up.

I just used to tip them one way, then the other in the cartons.
I was always afraid of breaking something by tilting the whole carton... or the whole 'bator. Some people said they had temp fluctuations when they tipped the 'bator.
I guess it depends on how many eggs your setting. If it's just a few, you could tip the individual eggs in the cartons. If it's a bator-full, you may want to prop the cartons by putting a dried sponge under one side.
I prefer carton hatching to laying them on the floor of the 'bator.

i don't know about hovabator, i use home made bator, i also use carton hatching and i think it can make it but i need to help him/her out from his shell.
