Egg Carton Hatching Good or Bad???

Im in need of some help please, Lockdown starts tomorrow and i'm debating on whether or not to hatch out of cartons. Can someone please post pics of what the cartons you are using look like, and how you are positioning the eggs in them. Thanks in advance.

so just put them in there just like they sit in the incubator? do they hatch ok like this???? the only reason im thinking of doing this is last hatch half of my eggs pipped and didnt hatch, and i think its because of the soccer match the ones that hatched early had.

Oh, and I cut the bottoms off the egg carton for better ventilation.

I tried the egg carton method and didn't have much luck. I lost chicks because of it but I am not saying it does not work for everyone because some love it.

it was just hard to watch over 12 of my 30 eggs pip and not hatch with perfect humidity and temp, dont want that to happen again.
