How long can you keep unwashed eggs at room temp? My chickens are laying more then I can sell at this time. Schools out and I have lost some customers so I'm just storing them in my kitchen about the cabnits

Thank you I'm thinking about storing them at room temp for the first couple of weeks and them move them into the refridged there after. If i keep them rotated I think that I will be OK

I store all of mine at room temperature. Between egg customers and giving them away to friends, and using the oldest eggs for hard-boiling, they rarely get to be more than 3-4 weeks old and most times the oldest eggs are two weeks old or under. But I've never had an egg that was a problem.

I keep some eggs on my counter in my kitchen in case someone wants some for incubating then after a week I rotate them into the fridge. Been doing this for along time with no complaints from any customers so I'd say its one way you can do it.
