egg color genetics ???

The chickens in question lay a creamy white egg. It is not a brown egg and it is not white, and definately not green. The eggs are beautiful in that the texture is smooth like porcillin. Really, we are going to enter these eggs in the 4H egg contest and I bet they win! the texture is out of this world.

hey bud... glad you like the eggs even if they're not green... i'm kinda bummed that they are not.. but again, we didn't know what color egg that roo hatched out of....

i may get rid of him since he doesn't have the blue gene.... i have other brown gene roos that do not get cocky with me or the kids... lol....
