Egg colour dilemma

The title says egg color but I am assuming you are talking about the dots. Those are from egg-cess calcium. They are small calcium deposits. What do you feed and do you feed any supplements?

Color variance is not from excess calcium....tho the couple of tiny bumps are.
The brown coating didn't cover the whole egg....Spray Booth Malfunction.
Is it happening regularly or just once or just once in awhile???
