My dislike for Google Sheets is simply that they are not mine. Excel is on my computer. I have an extreme dislike for something that is online rather than local.

Long ago, computers used to come with MS Office installed.
I have excel(circa 2003) on my laptop.....if this computer ever dies, I'm SOL.
Not fond of cloud storage or a program I can only use online.

I'm pretty sure my district got microsoft office for all of our accounts too (plus G Suite)

It just called ‘Google Sheets’! I just did my spread sheet up, I’m not spreadsheet savvy so I’ll need to watch some YouTube videos to fine tune my usage of it.

Actually, the egg sales paid for all the feed(which was all I expected) and most of the bedding.
At least for the first 5 years when I actively hatched new pullets, and slaughtered older hens, every year.
Keep separate lists of other equipment and supplies purchased, that's the hobby part

If I sell enough to pay for the feed each month I'm happy. The coop, run, and setup stuff was good therapy for my mind, soul, and body. Now if I could just find a way for my dogs and cats to pay for their food, liter, and toys.

I use the app FlockPlenty and just count how many and note by who
