egg cracked

Please help!!!
I am on day 19 of hatching and have already had a hairline crack on one side of one of my indian runner eggs which i waxed and all was going well. Today i have turned them as normal and the same one has now cracked on the other side and there is a small amount of bleed. what can i do? and will the poor thing make it?

Hmm...It's getting into position hatch so it might not survive?...Seeing blood is not a good thing..
